To cancel a confirmed booking, contact us as early as possible by phone, WhatsApp or email so we can assist you.

Cancellation timelines
Cancellation charges, if any, depend on the service type, vehicle, season and notice period, and are shared with you at the time of booking.
Local rides and transfers cancelled well in advance generally attract little or no charge; outstation trips and multi-day tour packages may involve charges to cover committed costs.
No-shows and last-minute changes
No-shows, or cancellations made very close to the pickup time, may be charged in full to cover the reserved vehicle and chauffeur.
